DALLAS, TX—The Comedy Club Dallas is set to reopen this weekend.

The club was closed on July 26, 2017 after a fire destroyed the building and a number of other businesses.

Now the club is back, according to its Facebook page.

The club will host special events in addition to regular shows, the Facebook page says.

The owners plan to reopen the club this weekend for regular performances.

A number of businesses are still closed, including The Club at the Ballroom, which was closed for several weeks, and The Blackbird Tavern, which closed for months after the fire.

The Blackbird is now open for regular shows and will reopen as usual on Saturday.

The owner said she is still working to reopen some businesses and was hopeful that some would reopen next weekend.
