The movie’s official website shows the film’s production cost at $75 million, but this was only the first installment of the project.
Legendary Pictures took over production of the movie from Marvel Studios in 2018.
The studio later took over the production of a second film, The Avengers: Age of Ultron, but that film cost much more.
